My path as a web developer began 5 years ago, when my focus was on well-organized, optimized and accessible websites across devices. It was preceded by 5 years of experience as a workflow coordinator in a dynamic production environment, which was my most challenging period, but my most valuable practical teacher in business process management. And in general, my interest in the field of information technology began back in high school with the algorithmic Pascal and then my graduation as a computer engineer with an e-shop on Joomla!
The general thing is that no matter whether it is about implementing new automated systems (ERP, CRM) or building websites presenting the business and its products or services, my basic approach is the same. First analysis, proactively asking questions in order to achieve improvement and optimization of processes and finally all together, dressed in an intuitive and pleasant design, tailored to client tastes.

Projects
The first two challenging years as a freelancer, creating websites for various businesses, broadened my horizons and I started developing my technical skills. I created custom WordPress sites for manufacturers and retailers (CSS, PHP, ACF), doing copywriting, SEO and optimizations when needed. The steps of creation went through building an information structure and responsive design, digital photo processing using Photoshop products. I also gained knowledge of UX and UI, and mainly was using Figma.
The project I am most proud of was the full accessibility I built for Norden.org (JavaScript, jQuery, Drupal, Twig). And over the years there have been many other small sites that I have improved (redesigned) or built from scratch with tools like Divi, Elementor or with pure CSS.
My tools
Although technical skills are most important, soft or social skills should not be overlooked. Over the years in the manufacture atmosphere, I have developed my organizational and analytical skills. And my leadership and teaching skills guided me when we solved cases with my team. My emblem is proactivity and curiosity. But here is the purely technical side of things.
